Starting to rebuild the second seat for my 1966 Barracuda bought my interior from legendary but they don’t give you a video instruction to add the bolster foam to the bottom foam and top foam so I’m going to document it. I hope it works out!

Lashed valves, cleaned plugs, broke one of the valve cover bolts off in the head putting the valve covers back on:mad: weak import metal:usflag:

Extracted the broken piece, gotta wait for the new bolt to get here, long socket head cap screw that the hardware store doesn’t stock:poke:

set the cover in place for a picture since this thread likes pictures:thumbsup:

Turned into a gloomy day about 35 degrees. Figured it was a good time to put in the new plugs and have a cold one.

Well I put the Bee and the Swinger into the bunkbed and offered a little bit of protection, but I'm sure hoping that they produce me another car in the next 9 months......

Time to fix the transmission leaks on this one now that the Dart is done. This one's been weeping for 30+ years...

Well it was really yesterday but local cars and coffee. I got there a little early and the people who run the show got a pretty good pic of my car.

Make sure you do the throttle shaft seal while you're there... as that overlooked gem is usually the leaker.
Please enlighten me bee. I ordered the top/case seal from RA but didn't see any additional shaft seals. Is it underneath that? Got a part number?
Otherwise i'll check my service manual.

Shown if you follow the link I showed above.. 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger clean up It's a bugger to find these days and I also show where I got mine. There is the larger shifter shaft seal and then the smaller throttle shaft seal inside the shifter shaft.
