What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

-
I have quite a few photos. Top remove, rehab of rusted front bow retainer, top retainer strips build and assorted photos!
Not all photos are available to send. I have several devices in which the photos are at. Planned to share once finished. Yet to organize most photos into folders. Are you doing a top?
No, I don't have a convertible. But it has always interested me how they work. I have followed a lot of posts on this board that don't directly apply to my project, but I still enjoy seeing how folks approach a challenge.

I'm so frustrated with Aeromotive.

I bought their 2 chamber regulator (13220) and when we did a systems check, a large stream of fuel started shooting out of the top.

After inspection, the diaphragm looked like hammered dogsh!t. Whomever assembled this at the factory didn't align the bolt holes correctly and then proceeded to bolt it down anyway and tear the gasket. Fuel then bypassed the diaphragm causing the leak. Luckily this happened at my shop and not while driving.

It's been 5 days and Aeromotive has not responded back after multiple calls and an email. I'm about to go full Karen.

Not messing with the Dart today. Since I cant get the d200 into a building right now,I am going to attempt to use the front end loader and pallet forks on my compact tractor to put the magnum 5.9 in it.
So in case I die or get horribly maimed uhh that's where i'll be.
Also if I ever say I need another project before a couple are done someone please shoot me and put me out of my misery.

I detailed my battery and added the correct positive battery cable. It's the little things that bug me!

Wow! Someone built a nice car! Wonder who it could be? ( Just something I threw together) Cough Cough!

I did some refurbished rotors, new pads, calipers and brake hoses on the front of my 74 Duster project. I did this after preping and between coats of paint on some nice "cop wheels" I picked up yesterday. 3 coats of satin black and 3 of satin clear.
Now I just have to resist the urge to put them on while the paint cures for a couple days

Cleaning and painting the dash core. Pads are in decent enough shape not to have to replace them. Top pad is excellent. The bottom ones are a little dinged up, but not too bad.

Today we're heading out to the annual HPAC Mopar show here in Kansas City. I'm not going to do the judged portion but I spent the afternoon yesterday doing a little cleaning.

Not a huge amount of progress, but a big win today figuring out the crankshaft pulley misalignment. Thanks @Princess Valiant for the pulley identification thread. Figured out that I had.a 69 and up, single- groove, Non-A/C pulley.. I was also fortunate enough to dig out a pre-69, single- groove, non-A/C pulley from the parts bin!
Ready to move forward again.

Intake installed...

Used gun blue on the bolt heads, then VHT engine clear over the top.

Fabricated a bracket to mount the coil

New valve cover gaskets and went from bolts to studs.

Mocked it up to Check clearances with the Holley on top. So far so good
