What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

My oil pump arrived and when my gear oil arrives, I can replace the fluid in the diff.
We'll see what suspension stuff I need to replace when I crawl under the car for this.
I put almost 110k miles on the car in the last 6 years. It's been a great commuter, and everyone loves it.

Not a Mopar but has a Dodge Brothers engine. 29 AA Ford I turned into a party wagon. Putting a new canopy over the top and hoping to have it done soon.

On my way to the local Mopar club show in my super ratty 72 Demon when disaster struck...blown lower radiator hose. Waiting on AAA,

Duct tape
And leave the cap lose
How would Mcgiever get home...
And save that spring...new hose might not come with it

Finally got it on the "new" Weld wheels. Took it for a ride and I need to replace the master cylinder... I had an OH ****! moment. Got it home and will order a new MC today, hopefully.

BTW, the old Cragers are listed in the for sale section if anyone is interested

Very nice, Weld Prostars are what I’m going to this year. What sizes are you running?

15"x8" in the rear with a 5.5" offset... I moved the rear springs inward 1/2", this winter... The fronts are 15"x4" (I believe)... Might be too narrow for my liking but I will run them for now

I had hoped to be cranking my 440 in my cuda today. I purchased the 440 last year from this website. "Supposedly fully rebuilt," all new valve train etc. Heads were no good. Guides way out, seats were trashed, back of valves pitted severely. I tore it down and checked bearing clearances, .060 SP pistons, and checked good. Had been cut .010 and polished. Replaced the heads with stealth heads and after much cleaning up of old dried white grease used as assembly lube, I checked the new cam lobes and lifters for proper taper/crown etc. and all looked good. Degreed it in with a new timing set.

Long story short, after 3 gallons of anti-freeze and sitting overnight there is a leak somewhere on the left side. I haven't pinned it down, maybe a freeze plug? Who would rebuild a block and not change freeze plugs?

Earlier discussion with the member seller here about the **** heads resulted in "send it back"... After all the time and money spent, that wouldn't have been an option then. I would flame the seller here but it would serve no purpose.
So... today am going to start pulling parts back off and try to determine the leak location and pray I can fix it. Most likely will have to pull it out and re-plug all the holes.
Never again will I purchase an engine that does not have a bill of health and specifications from an actual machine shop. My gullibility I guess.
That's what I am doing to my Mopar today!!!

I feel for ya' man. I hope it works out for you.

Welp, got a new master cylinder and attempted to bleed it… after 1 hr of pumping the damn thing, still producing bubbles on the rear port, I concluded that the new MC is faulty and have a new one on the way. Unfortunately, I will be away on vacation when it arrives. It’ll be 2 weeks before I can attempt this fiasco again:(

The same person who would use white grease as assembly lube and lie about the state of the motor to rip someone off.
The same person

I think you should. Personally, I think we need more of that here, members need to be aware of the people to stay away from when buying, scammers need to be outed, not protected.

Just finished setting total advance on my 67 Barracuda.
I want to thank RustyRatRod for all his help setting initial timing and total timing with walking me through it with on the phone.
