I know I'm right....
Id follow that trailer home too, no truck stop naps for that guy.......
since she's completely oblivious to what kind of value they really have , I'm sure she'll end up with pennies on the dollar. everyone involved will have their greedy hands in it
Hey guys I know this is the a body site but, a guy by the name of Randy Carlson who is out here in Southern California just made a big score.
Supposedly the lady’s husband died and this guy is trying to sell the cars for her.
So, which one is it? Did the guy "make a big score" as in, he acquired the awesome cars, to be sold for profit later? Or is he simply doing the legwork in selling them for the widow? Either way, that sure is a nice haul, though I'm not sure I'd be bragging about it if my intent was truly just to make big bucks out of an unfortunate situation.
i hope it works out for her. too many people out there trying to take advantageDon’t make assumptions.
Seen it where the widow is well aware. And actually demanding top dollar.
All cars outlive their owners. So they will need to be inherited to someone or sold to someone. The widow wants to sell them and choose this person to be her agent.
She’s gonna need somebody’s help, why not him?
Hey now cordobas can be coolhow come I can't ever come across that kind of ****.
all I ever find are cordobas and 4 door buicks
Could be both just like “make a big score” could mean more than one thing. Either he’s gonna make some cash, and/or he found some great cars. I posted this because I thought the cars were awesome and I wanted to share that excitement. From there I’m not concerned about the details.I agree and that's why I asked the question. Is he the agent, or did he "make a big score?" Those are two different things in my book.
A woman who worked at the school after care program my son went to years ago lost her husband to cancer. I heard through the grapevine he had a 69 Road Runner so I inquired about it. She told me she wouldn't show it to me and she would never sell it. I recently saw it for sale on Craigslist. Its a basket case shell with all of the parts in piles in the garage and she wants 9K for it. I'm glad she didn't show me it when I asked. That's the kind of crap I find .Yeah, I hear you. My greatest find was a 66 valiant 4 door slant 6 for 100 bucks
ALL those cars can be sold "as is" no need for any work to make $$.
The wife is the one that deserves the largest portion of the $$. Hope it works out that way.
Never heard of Randy Carlson, but appears to be a knowledgable car guy. Hopefully with ethics.
In today's world shame on her if she didn't find someone to help her come up with a reasonable number. If she is incapable of doing the legwork someone who is responsible for her should have. It's that simple.....
I hope whatever transpired meant an agreed upon amount and then a check was wrote so she could move on. Nothing else makes sense. Everyone who has their hands in it will be in it for the money....

Sorry but disagree on "shame on her"
Dad died at 69 years old and had ZERO interest in computers, so I would suspect she may have limited computer skills? And that's how 99% of research is done.
Spouses dont automatically know the value of their partners stash unfortunately.
ANd may be she just wanted them gone without the hassle of selling them to the highest bidder. That's why many survivors have auction companies liquidate the assets. One and done. It's all gone and they get a check.
Hopefully whomever is helping her does it right. I can only think of one elderly person I know personally who has no ties at any level to the internet. But that's my perspective....
Just recently I went to go look at an issue for a friends mom's car in her garage. In that garage sitting in the corner was an old BMX bike. We spent more time talking about the bike than I did fixing the loose battery connection on the car.... It was on her list to let Goodwill have it. It's an all original Mongoose from the 70's. Not a $5.00 bike.
Something like this BMX I can easily see slipping through the cracks. But an old Mustang I don't. The word Mustang is known worldwide just like the name Michael Jackson.
However it ends I just hope she was treated fairly...
