The multiple horizontal bars grill was only on the 1958 Trucks. The 1960 grill had the style shown in your "Grade A Moneysavers" ad picture. Only one single lower horizontal bar.

LED headlights, rear lights, front parl lights and interior for 1964 plymouth Valiant

I'm an older driver and we seniors find the younger drivers to be the most often ticketed, and obnoxious, just for your info. Bright lights are not a problem, unless they are aimed incorrectly, which seems to be a major problem with young guys in lifted trucks. Just saying..

    To daily drive, or not....

I drive both my 1965 Valiant Signet, and my 1959 Dodge D100 truck on a daily basis. Both stock, but of course, I'm retired, so don't go far. Shopping, car shows, restaurants and over to my truck yard to work on the restoration of the 1960 W200. Just keep them in good shape and they'll work...

    Full Repaint Question

I just got my 1959 Dodge pick up painted at Advance Auto Body & Paint in Chula Vista (San Diego) - formerly Earl Scheib. Two tone colors top and bottom, some minor weld of cracks and surface rust repair; $2800.00 out the door. I had all the trim and bumpers removed before hand. All my sheet met...

273 fans. This is a must read

Well, i must say, i have a 1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet, with the 273- and 4-barrel carb. Has 63000 miles on it now and runs just fine. I don't see many out there, but as a retired codger, i love driving it (power steering, automatic) and get lots of looks. Most people ask about it and expect...

It’s hell to get old. Rocker clearance

Because it IS for everyone. That is the only way it can be eradicated. Same as smallpox or polio, because people cared and got the shot.

[WANTED] 318 timing chain cover, cast iron.

Looking for one of the hi-rise timing covers, used on the 318 in trucks (especially the poly 318) to raise the water pump and fan higher behind the radiator. Usually cast iron. Bolts on same as regular cover, but pump is extended up about 4 inches.
