Comp 292 is measured at .006 Mopar at (around).008
in addition the Mopar is a MILD-MODERATE cam for a .904 lifter minimum and the Comp is a MODERATE TO almost MAXIMUM cam for a .842 lifter minimum
therefore a Mopar 292 is a much bigger fatter cam than the comp chev grind- even if the comp has the same or even more lift- take a look and compare the nose radius
(stock MOPAR cams are MILD- Cheaters are EXTREME)
to compare apples to apples compare the COMP XE284XL and the larger one to the 292
unless you are trying to bled off dynamic compression in a high compression build the 284 will give more torque and maybe even more top end power
