It wasn't the main leak But I was questioning if it is also leaking. I will check it out.Looks like you have plenty of RTV there, I am still wondering if the leak was not from the plastic oil pressure line??????????
It's Right Stuff. Directions say you can use immediately. But I won't be driving it for a day anyway. It's got to set for at least 24 hours before starting..

Good to know. Thank you.Yes the right stuff, anybody on this forum knows I'm a big advocate of this ATV. But in the same respect you are putting three layers on top of each other and it takes a little while for this to get to it full strength and potential. If you were just putting a thin layer on your thermostat housing sure clamp it down and take off.
So I need to seal them? With what and which ones? One might even wonder if the center will ever dry ?
I mean if the outside hardens,it seals in the center, right?
How did the old bead look, solid inside or mushie like a undercooked brownie ?
Oh, and some of those intake bolts go into waterjackets, if there is no sealant on there that could cause that milky substance your seeing
I miss spoke, they go into the oil gallery, I think all of them, but I'm not sureSo I need to seal them? With what and which ones?

agreed - just use a dab on all the intake bolts - then you're sure you haven't missed any!I miss spoke, they go into the oil gallery, I think all of them, but I'm not sure
I like using liquid thread sealer on them
Ah OK. Just keep an eye on your oil afterwards.Only cream was on the back deck. You can see it against the right stuff on the right side of the block.
The intake leaks look to be cured. It was at a timing of 10 and running bad. Pushed it back and it got a tad better. It has no power but will run. I think there might be a spark issue now.cool - sounds like your timing is too low - most require 10-15 advanced. Hopefully the nut noise wasn't a torque converter bolt loosening up on ya.. are the intake leaks gone?
