Good luck with the frame connectors MeMike.Make sure to buy some steel and make your own,way cheaper.Mine cost $23 to make.Just sayin..:D

them for me silly :D
He has all the good tools :cheers: plasma cuter car lift he can build anything :glasses7:
I knew when I seen yours it was the way to go :D

Well I figured time for updates...slash....winter projects.:D
This weekend I,ll be pulling the trans and shifter.I,ve bought a Cheetah shifter,Turbo Action Transbrake,deep pan(904)and will ad bung for temp gauge.Also loseing my sumped fuel tank for a 10 gal fuel cell.So once I pull the trans and take it in for inspection,I,ll sell the manual valve body and my B&M Star shifter to try and recoup some $$$.Looking forward to firing up the woodstove and turning some wrenches.:wack:

Good choice on the shifter, did you get the electric shift valve body? I have an air shifter for the turbo action shifter around here somewhere, may be a pic of it in my photos on here.
 

Today I dropped my transmission off at my trans guy.He,ll be installing the Turbo Action transbrake,also a deep TCI trans pan(thicker than the Moroso one)also adding a temp sender.My sumped gas tank is out and will install the new 10 gal fuel cell.Looking forward to wrenching while off work over the Christmas holidays.
Anybody need a forward shift manual valve body(904)?:D

I was talking about the valve body , just thinking out loud , really I would rather go with the reverse version since I have bumped neutral once by mistake and would hate to do it with the hammer down eh LOL ! go ahead and sell it local to 66Dartman if he still wants it when your ready to sell . If not shoot me a price when the time comes and I still might take it for a back-up
 
I got my fuel cell installed,still need to run fuel line.Also picked up my trans from the shop yesterday.It was freshened up/modified,front and rear bands,seals,front drum.So looking forward to install and trying the Transbrake(TurboAction RMVB).Will have to run wires for switches/temp gauge,then it,s time to swap waterpump drive(Moroso)Oh also need to install the Cheetah shifter..more to come at Christmas time.:happy1:
 
Very cool Scott, gonna have to make a trip down with you this spring/summer....that "pocketride" you gave me just dont cut it anymore!! LOL Oh by the way, I was at my Mom's in TO on Thursday and she is selling her Segway if you know anyone interested?? LOL
 
I,m at a standstill with the trans install.I got a new trans blanket from a friend at work.Luck has it that it doesn,t fit...so I had to order the CSR trans-shield and it won,t show up til later this week.:banghead:Then there,ll be some mods to my trans hump to get this sucker in.Til later..will snap some pics of install.disgust
 
I odered the CRS Super shield from Summit on Dec.27,delivery date was Jan.7 then changed to March 17?WTF? So cancelled that and ordered from Jegs on Jan.7 delivery Jan.15.So I call today to see if its shipped so I can plan my weekend.Now not being shipped til Jan.22.Nobody carries these in stock?Guess I should,ve just ordered straight from CRS.I did cut a window in the hump for easy access at housing bolts.I hate waiting..:protest:

That bites. Did you try any of the trans. shops like Andrews racing, Cope racing, A&A, etc...?
