I want to do this, everybody else does so why not? Results should be posted monday for you.

74 Duster street car, 367" lightly ported X heads, MSD ignition, .555/.576 with .247/.254 @.050 solid FT cam. 10:1 forged pistons, worked over Holley Strip Dominator, proform 750cfm DP, also going to try an 850 Race Demon. Stock crank and rods. Trans is a full manual 904 race prepped unit with an 8" 4500 Turbo action conveter. Foot brake car will be on 28x12.5 ET street bias plies and gona try my new 275/60 ET radials also. SS springs, as good of a front end alignment as the stock UCA's could get me, /6 torsion bars. Saturday or Sunday is time to put foot to *** and see what happens. What's your guess???

4.56, I knew I'd forget something lol also I use a Holley black pump and 1/2" fuel line so it's not starved, still a stock tank tho

Should MPH around 114-115ish

ET is totally dependent on chassis efficiency. If it doesn't 60', et will suffer. It's capable of a 11.50-11.60 at 3400 is my guess.

Well, best I could get with bad winds was a 1.64 60' 7.58 1/8th@89mph and an 11.9 1/4 @ 111mph, that mph is down from last years 113, think fuel psi might have gone down up top, it kinda lost pace. Sunday was parts breakage.

Is it not hooking well? Seems like your 60' should be better than that. Which carb were you running?

The 750 stayed on. It hooked enough to put a few inches of daylight under the left front lol which suprised me

I'm running the same tires, but with a lower stall (3500) and higher gears (4.10) in my '74 Duster. For me, the tires hook best at 19-21 PSI. Rear suspension is SS springs with Mopar Performance drag shocks. Before I got the rear suspension geometry set up right, I spun pretty bad. Now, as long as track prep is right, I get no spin.

yea, your car is movin out well, I'm gona fix the rear end that got the spring perches ripped off it on sunday after I got greedy and put more pinion angle and it bit HARD! then broke. Gona try a 3.91 gear I have and probably put the kit on.

IMO, the 60' is good for the et and MPH at both 1/8 and 1/4. A good run for that 60' is around 7.40/92 and 11.70/113 or so. 4.80-4.85 at 330'?

Look at why it was laying over, and I agree, fuel delivery would be my first concern.

It's not that far off and was a good looking run.
