Moving a shed.

Thanks Casey but lori has already claimed it as her "she shed" lol. I'm sure I can borrow a few square feet.
Back yard was very soft and spun a good bit, but he winched on to these stumps to help him back in. Worked it pretty slick.
Looks good Steve, more room to store parts now.

Could you have given him an easier place to back that thing into...

Yessir, by FL standards, muddy is slick. That's not muddy, but... Yessir, that's slick!

glad i have a few shed guys in the area that can move things around for me.. hell the guy that dropped my 14x24 garages dropped them dead on my string lines in about 10 minutes.. would have been even faster if i wasn't bullshitting with him..lol couldn't imaging how fast he would have been in and out with a little shed like that one,..

@abodyjoe do you have pictures of your 14x24 garages that you moved in? Would like to get a look at them.

Thanx

Someone was going to give me a shed, I passed because of moving it.although I probably could have paid someone to do it...:)

14x24 up here is permit territory if you're on a public road. I couldnt find anyone with fork extensions, so either dragging it 1000' on the 6x6 home(friends declined to watch/help with that potential shitshow lol) or flat bedding it was pretty much the only way. It was time consuming for sure but I'm right at about $1500 now with 4x4 base and gravel. Lots of time, but time is what I have more of(hopefully) lol.
Dented end of eavestrough, and 1 fence board lol.
Around 2005 I had our 22x23 garage moved here and placed on pad. A little more than $400 lol, but not by much considering what was involved and totally hands free for me. Was cool to see that coming down the road with OPP escort lol.

if it was just a shed and a tighter place to get into he has a cool machine that is much smaller then the trailer he uses.. he gets into some tight *** yards with sheds.

Very nice @abodyjoe even big enough to fit a car in.

Constructed off site, instant garage, like it.

Thanx

yea they worked out nicely.. best part is i'm not taxed on them, if i move i can sell them or move them to where i'm going.. of if i just sell everything car related i can sell them. right now i could make money on them. they are almost twice what i paid for them just before covid..

That's what I heard doesn't affect your property taxes as long as they are Portable Sheds, no cement slab under them.

They have a 12x35 down here in FL for like 12,500, that I kind of like the looks of, like the little deck area on the front and supposed to be able to support a car in them.

Nice deal, cause if things change you can sell or move them. They bring them in with a truck.

Kind of like the 2x4 interior framework for fastening and doing wiring, unlike the steel frame garages.

Same might even be easier to Air Condition the wood structure vs the steel frame and skin buildings. Steel buildings are like a frying pan in the direct intense sunlight. Thoughts? Comments?

Wish we had that amount of space.., ya work with what ya got I guess. Considering the tight S turn, the shelter holding the boat, the grandbabies playhouse(we moved 2 feet) supersoft ground and winching off some shitty Manitoba Maple stumps I thought he did good lol. Our lot is 63 x136.

yea it would be easy to do electric and a/c. i looked into metak buildings buyt they were expensive at the tim too.. plus all the permits and taxed on them.. we bought one of these at a time as money allowed. they were under 8K each. would i like a huge normal garage? sure. but at the same time these do anything i want with the benefits of no tax and being able to sell or move them if need be.
