Need help - can someone check out a car in St. Augustine, Fl for me?

I need some help. I found a '66 Valiant Signet on Cragislsit and was hoping to get someone to check it out for me. I'd be glad to pay someone a reasonable fee for this. The current owner inherited the car and she just can't answer questions about it.

BTW, I was in St Augustine Monday,Tuesday and today and keep seeing a red 66 Valiant convertible with the top down in front of a custom car place on US 1 just north of the city limits. I had talked to a guy a few weeks ago down there with a cherry 66 white Charger who had mentioned the red car but thought it was an early Dart. If I go there again this week I'll stop by and ask about the red car. It looks pretty good from the road.
