I passed one while driving on the freeway going 60, he was stopped on an on ramp with a red stoplight (yeah, stupid CA thing) as soon as I pass him, his light turns green and I hear a crazy whine up, so I glanced in the rear view mirror and I couldnt see him, he was already IN my blindspot next to me! I estimated about 2-3 seconds @88ft/sec and he was already at 60, at my back bumper. That is pretty fast! then he cuts across my rear and takes off toward the fast lane. I think it has an auto with paddle shifters because I heard him shift and it was just an immediant drop in RPM like an auto. Twin turbo 3.8L 550-600 HP, $100K+ price tag. wow...

I've ran at Willow Springs with one. Dang they are quick. But they can carry speed through the corner too. I believe they have an active or driving assist deal to them. The computer makes you a much better driver.

I gotta get rid of my rock hard sorta narrow tires and bigger brakes.

I agree, but the ***-end is pretty distinctive......I didnt know they were 6 figures though, but then again, dime a dozen S class Benz out here is pushing $100,000 nowadays...

You are talking about the R-32, R-33, and R-34 (the last one I owned in the US for awhile till I sold it). All three are banned in the US unless it came from Motorex, who legally imported them. That said the car OP is talking about is the R-35. The R-35 is a decent car but compared to my R-34 (which was modded greatly but you couldn't tell) would run circle around it in.

The transmission they come with is a 6-Speed semi-automatic dual clutch transmission.
Stock (from 2007 to 2010) they 485 HP and 434 lb-ft. But the 2011+ made 523+hp and 451+ lb-ft.
