In 68-69, I'm 20 Up the K6NCG amateur radio club tower at NTC Treasure Island

A few years later more like about 72--73 so I'm about 25 in front of my then girlfriend's house, Poway, CA. I found out a few years ago she had died around 50

I gaffed a slick pole to 18' today..big whoop, eh? Still don't like coming down....They still make us free climb! No buck-squeeze fail safe belts yet.....

The only rule when climbing anything is keep your self safe and your buddy safer.

No one else is watching your ***.

Is very a very short list of folks i trust to watch me when im short roped off my chest D ring, hundreds of feet off the ground.

Even shorter is the list of folks i trust when im climbing rock.

New poles like that one are the worst, your only "in" about 1/4 inch as they are hard. Old poles are soft, you got to break the gaff out to release.
 
Did you know your radiator hose is disconnected. Might be why you are over heating and losing a ton of coolant :poke:
OHHH ! that's where that puddle came from.... Ha! just fitting the old shroud on the new rad. Had to do a bit of the old "in and out". Thanks for the expert trouble shooting. I could use your sharp eyes! The finer things are growing a little fuzzy.
