'74 360. +.030 bore, stock stroke, mid 90s high swirl LA heads, KB190 pistons, Hughes cam, Air Gap intake, Milodon Pro Touring pan. This same engine was in my drag car running high 12s in Denver with a TM6 and a much larger cam. I haven't tried it with the new intake and cam, but my cylinder pressure has increased with the swap, so I'm hopeful it may make even more power while idling smoother.

Wow. That's cool. Can you please give us specifics and how's it run?
It runs great. I sold the car it was in, and sold the EFI at the same time. I put a pair of quick fuel tunnel ram carburetors on it, and threw it in a dart with a 4 speed. It doesn't get driven much, but it runs extremely well.

My other og 69 340 4spd day 2 car that I put together with a lifetime of leftover parts for fun. 13.39comp standard bore 340. .641 solid roller, ported w2s, strip dominator, scattershield, Dana, ram rod. Etc. what my dad would have built in the late 70s early 80s. Built it for him to play with. He passed before sadly. Car is super fun

A handful is all, was blow thru non ic on e85. Trenched it 2xs with that fiasco. Instant I put efi on and a a2w it was fixed. It’s ready to race. I haven’t touched it in 2yrs and play with my other cars that are cheap to play with and can replace parts on etc

It’s a turd so far, haven’t worked at anything to make it rip yet. Way wrong gears, vert, a bunch of stuff. It’s not in its power so it sucks. Just got it to live for more than 5ft. 5.40@133 at altitude. It used to run with a 430, 59 degree -1, na deal 5.80s at 3250lbs. So I expect a bunch more from this deal. Just haven’t tried yet
