Furnace went out around New Years Day, property management was a little slow on responding but have checked with the home owner to authorize a new unit rather than fixing the outdated control board (gas furnace). Not a super cold winter so far have been getting by with propane fireplace/ceiling fan and a space heater in bedroom. I kinda like not having to fix these things!!!$

When I got divorced in 2008 and we sold our house, I rented a 2 story townhome not too far away from the office. Come wintertime, and one night I was awoken around 2:00 am by someone plowing the driveway in front of my rental place. Looking down on the truck from my bedroom window I felt like Jack in Titanic:

“I’m the king of the world!”

Except I just bought mine last summer, and it needs brakes…..

And a new break away controller….

And a battery…..

But other than that it works great!

Mine bounces like a ball depending on the season. Gas and electricity went down to $273 a month average. I am on Total 12 program. Electric alone was $146 last month for 1686 kWh

Pretty close on the lottery today. And I had five tickets with that number.. A win on that number would have been 30 million dong.
Approximately $1,100 USD. So five tickets would have been $5,500 USD. I'll keep trying. Lol
