You also need the body harness, wheel sensors, brake sensors etc. if you want to run that trans and use the stock PCM.
the notion behind this is to make it work with the 727 pushbutton. I'm not sure its possible but they make adapter kits to put one on a regular 727

Yes, the sensors are in the fenders and on the wheel hubs. They just need to be adapted. You also need the TCM (Trans Control Module) and the main PCM to get it to work.
