Stop in for a cup of coffee

sometimes you get lucky looks like it all works! Just have to hook my car on it for the timing light to test it.

Nice mix of vehicles there for sure.
One of the things I like about it. Its the only 'show' I've ever participated in. The same club has a real show at the county college in the summer. I went a few years ago - organized into catagories, good variety, small swap meet. I'm not much into shows but it was nice.

When I had my pole barn built it was 18k for the shell and floor, was just curious what a stick built was. Mine is 36x42 and 12 walls for the rv.
wow! you got ripped. Our big 40x80 was half that. with concrete

It's also a chance to check out the Thomas Massey House. (One of my teacher's early investigation-restorations that I think he the main restoration architect.) Its been restored to reflect each section's original appearance as best possible.

I figure I am up to near 6 grand so far, zero labor except concrete finnishers witch was 900 and that was a good price, so lets see, I figure most labor is the same as cost of matt, and I have not put the metal on or the doors, and I still have to put insolation in. lests see what you got dun for 9 grand and how long ago was it built
@dukeboy_318 ??

Well we just got a small shower here on the hill, my son and his partner are on a siding job today so I think a walk and check my game camera's are in order :thumbsup: everyone have a gem of a day and thank you all for the help on thing to think about as I am building my/sons shop :thankyou:

Man, I think I found the house plan my wife and i have been looking for!

Yosemite

Looks like a very smart way to build a home. I like it a lot. I can see a wife saying it's not "cozy" enough and also I wonder with kids when they run around like wild Indians how to make it less noisy with the open space. Maybe a separate building for them.:rofl:

Ben, your sig reminds me of something we used to say when selecting trees for landscaping. It's almost like the second line in a poem yours begins...

The Oaks can't help their feelings if they like the way they're made. And they wonder why the maples can't be happy in their shade.

The Dogwoods like to snuggle up close. Happy to be near to the ones that provide the shade most.

but actually, it'll be built on a walk out basement, so probably make half the basement a play room and eventually a game room.

Looks like my house! Wanna buy it and then you can move closer to Hoppy and Wolfie and Keefer and Ddaddy and Mitch and George and and and even yes even closer to Scampy Mike. Just let me live in the cabin and sit on the property to hunt. GREAT Hunting!
