Stop in for a cup of coffee

I've read so much and studied that battle I feel like I was there sometimes. I hadn't thought of it in years. I'll have to freshen up before I go. A buddy is friends with one of the Parks Ranger command staff and thinks we can get a private tour.
When you see the actual place and experience the terrain they fought on, and feel the blood they spilled under your feet...it will become real in ways you can’t imagine.

It is a chilling and inspiring place...brother against brother, fighting for what they most believed.

It was a turning point in history that those that lived and died there for never knew was occurring.

Their lives would become more than the battle they fought...it was destined to become a piece of World history that people would study for centuries.

Far more people know the names and history of the soldiers there now than did during their lifetime.

There's a local pond here next to the ice cream shop called Sharp Shooter's Pond where they trained soldiers to shoot for North in the Confederate War...

The local 70's rock radio station is starting a new thing tomorrow night. They will play a complete album on the air. I hope to hear some hiss and pop's as well as better stereo separation. It has been a while. I still have my stereo set up in the basement. It's buried though.

It's Sunday....

Moving, selling. Had home inspector come though, have to knock these discrepancies out. Yesterday was smoke detectors, GFCI's, regular outlets, staining some deck boards for today and a run to our RV where we're going to shack up for awhile...

I got hit on the stairs being nailed into the deck, inspector said there should be hangars. Bought three hangars that shouldn't require removal of stairs, might have to modify bottom of hangars as they are not angled.

So you're moving... Keep Ralphie May's advice on Mexican movers....

Have you found a buyer yet???
