52, high of 86 today.
Can hear the sturgeon jumping out of the water this moring.
Saw a 4 footer come out on saturday as i crossed the bridge.

I didn't know Sturgeon jump out of the water. I thought they were a bottom fish. What do they eat? And aren't they protected?

Here they are protected. Yup bottom feeders. They jump and splash to knock off leeches and other parasites.
I jump up into the air and even scream but can't seem to shed the leeches in my life
They are a lot of work if you catch one too. The few we have caught are very powerful. Takes a long time to get them off the bottom. We release them of course. One person that was with us once wanted to keep the one she caught. Said no problem, grab your fish and start swimming, its not coming to shore in this boat.
Transmission guy finally dug into the turbo 350. Torque convertor piled up. Said to check end play on crankshaft.
Owner cant wrap his head around it, keeps saying it should have started acting up, not just instant failure. Guess he has never had one fail like this.20 years with a dolled up 350 bolted to that transmission. And condition unknown previous to that. It survived pretty well in my opinion.

Ray, yes you can call in and get the 5% discount. Typically you can re-up on Sunday before you leave the fairgrounds.
I just happen to remember and called in on Monday. Don't wait too long or they may not honor the early bird discount by the end of the week.
On my second cup of Joe"....gonna be Stormy in MI today. Cloudy now...waiting on the thunder and lightning bolts to start popping.

All ok here. Lots of little tornados in the area though last night. 3 1/2" of rain in my gauge.

New roof come thru unscathed?
Good Morning everyone. Storms here ended up not too bad - by me at least. Some local flooding and large limbs down in town. Hope all is well with everyone.
All washed up and ready for a show. LOL
We have rain all day. I have a little painting to finish painting at the current place.
I can start stacking boxes to go to the new place. I've already taken a couple loads out.
Off load onto the utility bed on the golf cart, around back to the basement walkout and into the storage area.
Works great!!

Thanks!! It's really kept me busy that's for sure. We heard yesterday all the main floor flooring will go down August 5th & 6th.
Jodi gave us an insight to your timeline, what a project!! Lots of moving parts.
