Okay, just re assembled my 65 Cuda trunk... Pictures with seat and trunk flap down exposing interior of trunk ... May not make sense to those who don't have early cuda's ... Hey, I'm tired ...

Got to looking at my rear tires, they were dated 0812 so they are just over 7 years old, since tires are cheaper than paint and body work i decided to put a new pair on the rear, just did the fronts last year as i swapped to a wider front tire. Damn are the bfg radial t/a’s pricey. A lot more than when i bought them back in 2012. I got to looking though and they were about half wore, i guarantee theres more miles on them from spinning than driving lol

New one ready to go back on

Was also a good time to take my drums off to inspect and adjust the rear shoes. I ended up skipping over the shoes and brake drum surface with 180 grit sand paper to get a good bite.

I also freshened up the drums with some black engine enamel

Might as well spin them down before you take them off!

I thought about that but they are worth more used lol. Trying to find good used 15’s are impossible. I am only wanting $75 for the pair of take offs, i think a guy at my dads work was going to measure and see if they would fit on his s10

I've been hammering out dents in the '65 parts for days now... Both my CA fenders are done, working on the tail panel now. Decklid is next... Two previous body jobs and neither guy used a hammer. They just used more filler.
