Agree with fstfish66... that trans is a bit scary for my taste, I have heard a bunch of negative items about its sturdiness. Yours is used... Plus with that weight on the front end I would look into rebuilding the front-end with a Firm Feel kit or similar. Have Fun.

You can never have enough Cubic Inches! I stroked my 360, ran some cleaned up, ported edelbrock alum. heads (they were junk out of the box). And a wimpy little weiand manifold. Came off the Dyno last week with 468hp and 488 tourqe. Tested a 650 all the way up to a 950 Holley and Quick Fuel...

Why not stroke it. There's no substitute for C.I. I punched mine out to a 410 with chevy rods. Isky is the best cam... they have a new CNC cam grinder. the will take your specs and grind that day.
