Had to put suspension on the Cuda so I could use the cart for another project. Damn!!!
Work gets in the way a lot!!! Views of the rear bumper/fender modification.

This is how low the car sits with no weight in it!! Should drop at least a couple inches when loaded. :) And a gratuitous shot of the awesome green front suspension parts. lol

Now that it's back on wheels, I welded some more on the roof insert. Still have some fine tuning to do on the roof. Hammer and dolly will fix that.
Still need some windows from a 73-up 2 door dart. Need to fit the glass to the roof line.

Welding and grinding roof.

Love this view. It'll look much better when the full weight of the car is on the suspension. OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Do you have a timeline? Like for paint or installing the engine?/treblig

I have the engine on a stand with the brngs and rings. Decided to build it stock for now. So, it's all slowly coming together. Not far off from painting bottom of car. One thing to do is route the wire harness out of the 300 and make the necessary holes/brackets for that and all the modules that go with it. Still have to mount pedal assy and brake booster location. Clutch slave, etc. Want to try and paint this summer!! We will see!!!

The Cuda had to go on the back burner for a few weeks! GGRRRRR The future son in law had some free time to work on the challenger so I shuffled cars around.
I started the challenger project a few years before the Cuda and it just sat. I traded it to the future S-I-L for an enclosed 24' trailer. The chally has a full Viper frame under it with a F.I. 340 and a Viper 6 speed.
So, the old softy I am, I'm helpin' the kid out. :) Plus, I'd like to see it completed!! LOL

vaca!!!!!!!!!! Then the Cuda's back in the shop!!!!!!!!!

Sheet metal fender well stretch and bump out mods on the Challenger are pretty cool and look.....challenging.

The front is 24" tall where the headlight bezel attaches to the top of the fender. The rear is 26" tall at the sharp bodyline at the rear of the fender.
Wooo Hooo!!!
