If you don't care to be original, many later ones work. I have a few plastic ones for a Ford that I got cheap on ebay. One vacuum line operates it, no vacuum a spring closes it. My early A's don't even have vacuum climate controls, so I was thinking to rig a 12 V vacuum switch to operate when the AC is on (after-market). My 69 Dart had that heater valve and a 5 button vaccum-electric climate switch. First time I saw a photo of one in a 65 A (original?). My 65 C-body has a 4-button climate switch (non-AC car).
