Some would debate the meaning of street car and street racing. It's been some time since I did it, but even back then open exhaust (less weight, more power), slicks, and run what you brung was it. There are no limits aside from what one can put up with, and not get caught in. I ran 4.56s, 30" Goodyear slicks, and open exhaust. Engine had to run C12 and really liked C16 especially on the bottle (this was a bit before NO2 was really popular or not considered cheating). It had one glass seat and glass nose on it. I lined up against true street cars running radials and full exhaust and made some money doing it.
I like Kye. He's also down to earth which is really what most street racers are like. Because of the show I'm debating on the future of one of my cars. I've got a slower car I'm buying for next year but one is apart far enough that it could be made really, really light.
