How about the dreaded 'cowl shake' ? Had a convert once..all new front end,bushings,shocks,tires,balanced..still there. Added frame connectors..gone.40+year old unibodies.

It says 5/8 copper heat coil? No control valve. A small heater core in the housing.?

look into the crown Vic front subframe...used a lot in the hot rod/rat rod world.

I'd get a good door..then see how bad the rocker is..looks a little 'flat' to me. like said above..can't fit a 'new' fender to a known damaged door.
