In Texas I think the car could bring $7,500. Maybe more if you posted some pictures. If the car is in Alaska i'm sure it would be worth more. If you are looking to buy it why not post the asking price?
I don't think petty blue has much to do with the value. A 73 roller might be worth $1,000-$1,500. With a 318 and driving, maybe $4,500 if you do a nice job. I have a petty blue 73 duster complete car that i'll sell for $1,000. JMO
I think i have a rare 72 duster. It is a slant 6 with an 8 3/4 and k/h disc brakes, and that 1/2 vinyl top that looks like snake skin. This car MUST BE PRICELESS. But really i've never seen a /6 with small bolt disc brakes. Any comments welcome.
73Abodee, thanks for posting that pic of THT racing
s 68 dart. They had two for a while. I was the mechanic / truck driver for three years. Wish i had saved some hemi parts
I dont think there will ever be a challenger barn find in in 2050. Most of the new cars in 40 years will look like a dash pad left in the new mexico sun for forty years, too much plastic used today. My son's first car is a 73 duster. It's stored in the shop for the last 6 years but he never...
If you owe me money from anthing, i can file a lien on your personal property (car. I need the vin #) and you may never know about it until its sold. You need a lawyer.
How old is the lien? They are good for 10 years and then the lien holder has to re file, most people don't. You should be able to find out if PO ever file bankruptcy. If he did the debt could have been forgiven and the debtor is just fishing for bucks. Find out all you can and if its been a...
I don't know what you guys have been drinking but pass the bottle. Would someone draw or photoshop a 73 Chally front clip on a 73 duster and maybe the chally doors. what do you guys think that would look like?
This is a What would u do ? Just change a 73 to a 70-71 style (front clip and tail panel) or if u had the parts would u make it a demon ? No offence to 73 owners but I want to change it up. Probably not worth as much as a demon with a plymouth title. Just wanted to know what u guys think...
Thanks for the info! now i'm thinking 8 3/4 sure grip? that would be cool. But my question is about the front brakes. don't have a tape but the drums look about 3 " wide and i was thinking about swapping them to a demon. good idea or wasting time? what do you think? THANKS!
I would wait on the paint. maybe put the door in primer and take care of the mechanical stuff first. It's easier to work on not having to worry about scratching the paint. Put that money into building your shop. Good luck. 71 demons are the best. IMO.
Names are personal IMO. I like to buy at swap meets and i think there are alot of advantages to selling at swap meets. If you are going to do this as your only job i would buy an enclosed trailer and start traveling. there is a swap meet somewhere every week-end. cash, no shipping and you...
