Just put "brown letters" in the FABO search box. You'll have so many hits! I've had so many BFGs with the letters turning brown, I'm afraid to take the blue off of these 2 year old ones. Yet the older ones on my 70 Dart are just fine, but too old to safely drive on. 65 Dart fronts, 2 years old...

I think the heat had a lot to do with it.

The small ugly one is a '65 Dart, The larger clean one is a'70 Dart.

This is a formula from DuPont (now Axalta) at least 20 years ago. At that time they could mix the organsol color. IIRC, I used the same primer for hood and scoops.

In my situation with the door closed, it gets to about 80-85 degrees only if I'm running the sandblaster. That's a lot cooler than the ambient 95-100 degree temperatures in a typical Missouri summer. The "funnel" has a 1.5" tube running to the outside, so that may be providing enough air for...

So, when you say on the body stamping for 68 and older, is that the number on the radiator support and/or the trunk lip? I'm trying to ascertain the scheduled build date on my 65 Dart GT. Thanks, Al Rick
