I have some bad wiring right up next to the plug. Its the three prong type if anyone has one I could sure use one. It going on my 69 cuda W/73 727 auto. Its getting worse and need to fix it. I burnt my hand on the headers reaching under the car just ready to fix it right. Thanks Tom

Went by to check out the 67 convert today. The guy has done a great job with this car. After he cuts it in it will look like a mirrow. He has done more than I expected for what I paid him. I think a tip is going to be in order. The pics suck I forgot take a real camera had to use the cell.

I just test fitted some slicks on the 69 cuda. With the wheels I got and the slicks i'm using there is only about 3/8" to a 1/2" between the tire and the springs. What's a good safe distance? Thanks Tom

Went by the paint shop and picked the grills up for the 67. Brought them home and took them apart. Took some time polishing the chrome and then a little paint. They are ready now to go back on the car when the man calls. So what do you think of a rookie resto.

Took the 69 cuda (408 stroker) to the track this weekend. I put 7 runns on it friday in test & tune. First run on sat. I blew a freeze plug out of the back of the engine, I hope thats all it did. I'm going to take the 69 cuda to the track for the first time. It's been 30 years since I have run a car. Any input would be great. I have one question someone said that you can only have 12 inches of rubber fuel line unde the hood is this true. Thats what my wife said, LOL

Sunday was a great day in VA. We took the convert. to a drive n. that has been open for 52 years and had the top down. Ordered the Super Smitty burger. It is great to ride in these cars!

Anyone have a 69 cuda they can get me some measurements from. I have a set of factory repo scoops to mount on the hood of my 69 Cuda. Thought someone on here could help me get the right measurements for the location of these. Any ideas or links would be great. Thanks for the help. Tom
